I went to receive treatment with Adrianne for various reasons. Mainly I went for prevention. I am aware that a healthy body, mind and spirit are built from a place of care and consistency, so I usually do not wait until I am in crisis to receive treatment. It happened that I had a few incidents this year such as repetitive wrist injury due to heavy physical work, stress, and digestive issues due to major life changes.
